My interest in fitness starting during my school years where i played a lot of rugby at high level. Since then I've gained over 30 years experience in the Gym world. During those years I have competed in numerous Body Building competitions throughout the UK. Including two years where i specialised in Strongman training and competed three times during that time.
I also have many years experience in outdoor conditioning and endurance training using un-conventional methods that achieve results.
I have been specialising in Personal Training on a one-to-one basis for the last five years. I prefer to train individuals on their own rather than in groups. I have found over the years that it is very rare that you find a group of clients that have the same abilities to provide an even balanced session.
NO REST IS WORTH ANYTHING, EXCEPT THE REST THAT IS EARNED.

£20 per hour for a one-to-one intensive training session
The price above is for existing Reflexions Gym members. For non-members the price is £25 per hour which includes your gym entry. Sign up for a single session or several sessions per week with no commitment. Long term packages are available on request.

If you are looking to lose weight then i will develop a training programme customised for you based on cardio and endurance conditioning training. To achieve the desired results i would recommend 2 - 3 one hour full PT session per week.
2. BODY BUILDING?+
If you are looking for that sculptured body that you've always wanted then i will develop a training programme customised for you based on intense training routines, concentrating on individual body parts to create the desired effect. For this i recommend 2 - 3 one hour full PT sessions per week.
